There are also many fine restaurants to suit all tastes in the area and the local pub serves fine wholesome food, wines, beers and is only a short walk away ( approx 1000mtrs)
Golf courses abound with three or four within a few minutes drive and for the fishermen several fishing lakes are nearby.
Garstang Fair Trade Town is only 4 miles away with a street market every Thursday. Clitheroe is also a market town approx 12 miles away
Longridge is the nearest small town with an abundance of shops and several supermarkets. There are also a number of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The town also boasts the first Heathcotes Restaurant which is now known as the Longridge Restaurant

Terms of Letting
1. Lets commence at 2.00 p.m. On Saturday, it is requested that the cottage is vacated by 10 a.m. On the day of departure.
2. The rent for the cottage is
£200.00 p.w Winter season......... Jan 3 -
Prices include all linen, towels and heating. There will be a welcome
pack in the cottage on arrival
3. A 20% non returnable deposit is required with written conformation of the booking and the
Balance to be paid one month before your stay. Cheque's payable to M.P Fishlock. Please Note
we have no credit or debit card facility at this moment
4 The property must be left clean and tidy and all breakages must be replaced Tenants will be
responsible for any damage they may cause. Sorry but no smoking or pets allowed
